Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly urge all our customers to carefully review the product listings and product sizes before placing an order to prevent any order discrepancies.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers may request for order cancellation only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request may also not guarantee an approval as our fulfillment center processes orders as fast as they can. We will verify first with our fulfillment team if the product has been shipped, if not then we will cancel the order.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests once we shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is totally different from your order, different size, or different color. We can also reship the correct product for FREE.

However, please note that we are strict with the following conditions:

  • The item is from our store
  • The item is not used in anyway
  • Request MUST be sent within 5 days from the receipt of package.

  • Picture/Video of the product you received

Once we receive your email we will get back to you within 24 hours and if we have verified your request, we will ship the correct product for free. We will not be able to issue a full refund.

We don't provide Refunds in case the order is shown to be delivered by the tracking number but customer didn't receive it. As it relates to possibilities of package theft that we are not responsible of.
